Rehearsal Dinner Package
REHEARSAL DINNER PACKAGE - $400
- Consult with the CLIENTS to explain the planning & coordination process; the initial (1st) consultation is held within two (2) weeks after the contract is signed, a second (2nd) consultation is held preferably at the halfway point between the initial meeting and the rehearsal dinner, and the final (3rd) consultation is held no later than one month prior to the dinner. Additional consultations are $50 per meeting,
- Offer guidance on the proper wedding etiquette appropriate for any style dinner,
- Secure vendors, including but not limited to: venues, caterers, florists, cake designers, musicians, rentals,
- Review all vendor contracts, and confirm all vendor services 1-2 weeks prior to the dinner,
- Provide a Rehearsal Dinner Timeline to help the Clients stay on track throughout the months before the dinner,
- Assist in choosing colors, style, decorations for the rehearsal dinner,
- Coordinate vendors setups on the day of the rehearsal dinner,
- Direct entertainment and all announcements/events during rehearsal dinner,
- Provide full rehearsal dinner day troubleshooting, handling last-minute detail.
(This package does not include cleanup or rental returns.)
