Limited Service Package


LIMITED SERVICE PACKAGE  - $500

  • Consult with the CLIENTS to explain the planning & coordination process;  the initial (1st) consultation is held within two (2) weeks after the contract is signed, a second (2nd) consultation is held preferably at the halfway point between the initial meeting and the wedding, and the final (3rd) consultation is held no later than one month prior to the wedding.  At the final consultation, the CLIENTS will pay $100 for a “Day Of” Emergency Fund.  This fund is used for last minute repairs, and/or replacements needed for the wedding or wedding party.  Within 10 days after the wedding, Libbie Ann Weddings will tally receipts and refund any remaining Emergency Fund balance to the CLIENTS.  If necessary purchases exceed the “Day Of” Fund, the CLIENTS will be billed within 10 days after the wedding, and payment is due within 30 days from the billing. Additional consultations are $50 per meeting,
  • Provide a list of venues, vendors, and resources,
  • Offer advice on colors and style, and guidance on the proper wedding etiquette appropriate for any style wedding,
  • Provide a Wedding Timeline to help the couple stay on track throughout the months before the wedding,
  • Direct the wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony,
  • Prepare and distribute the wedding day itinerary to the Wedding Party and Family members,
  • Coordinate vendors in reception setups on the wedding day, and interact with them throughout the day,
  • Personally manage the Wedding Party throughout the wedding day, keeping all on track according to the day’s itinerary,
  • Provide full wedding day troubleshooting, handling last-minute details
