Hunting and Gathering Package
HUNTING & GATHERING PACKAGE - $200
(8 Service Hours)
This Package is designed for the client that knows exactly what they want,
but doesn’t have the time for making phone calls, doing research, gathering
estimates, and picking up items for the event.
YOU have the choice of how you want us to spend your eight (8) hours:
- making phone calls to vendors, such as rental businesses, caterers, DJs, etc,
- researching for items such as invitations, decorations, Wedding Party
favors, etc. online or in person,
- gathering estimates from vendors,
- assembling, addressing, and mailing Rehearsal Dinner or Wedding
Invitations (price of postage not included),
- visiting businesses for goods and services,
- picking up event items from vendors (mileage outside Madisonville City
Limits $.45 per mile),
- consulting Libbie Ann Weddings by person, phone, or email (additional
time may be purchased if needed),
- providing weekly checklist emails ro keep you on track,
- assisting the day of the event in setting up, meeting vendors, and decorating.
