Essential "Day Of" Package
ESSENTIAL (“DAY-OF”) PACKAGE - $360
- Consult with the CLIENTS no later than one month prior to the wedding. At this consultation, the CLIENTS will pay $100 for a “Day Of” Emergency Fund. This fund is used for last minute repairs, and/or replacements needed for the wedding or wedding party. Within 10 days after the wedding, Libbie Ann Weddings will tally receipts and refund any remaining Emergency Fund balance to the CLIENTS. If necessary purchases exceed the “Day Of” Fund, the CLIENTS will be billed within 10 days after the wedding, and payment is due within 30 days from the billing. Additional consultations are $50 per meeting,
- Offer advice on colors and style, and guidance on the proper wedding etiquette appropriate for any style wedding,
- Direct the wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony,
- Prepare and distribute the wedding day itinerary to the Wedding Party and Family members,
- Provide full wedding day troubleshooting, handling last-minute details
(This package does not include cleanup or rental returns.)
Additional Service Upon Request:
- Flowers for Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, and/or Reception. Prices (separate from this package) will be provided after consultation.
